FactboundDelete Your Account or Records
Factbound handles sensitive conversation records. You can ask us to delete your account, uploaded audio, transcripts, notes, edits, and generated reports connected to you.
Authenticated request path: when you are signed in, Factbound can create a deletion request from inside the app. The request records your account, requested scope, timestamp, and status without exposing private conversation records on this public page.
If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request to the project owner from the email address used to access Factbound.
What To Include
- The email address used for Factbound access.
- Whether you want account deletion, a specific conversation deleted, or all records connected to you deleted.
- Any details needed to identify the record if more than one conversation exists.
What Happens Next
We will verify the request, remove eligible private records, and confirm when deletion is complete. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, billing, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
